Today we share with you a diagram that illustrates the manufacturing process of an e-liquid. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

1\/ Preparation of raw materials<\/strong>: Container or bottle. Control of the cleanliness of the tanks. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2\/ Automatic dosing of raw materials. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3\/ Weighing of aromas.<\/strong> Precision scales are used in the manufacturing process. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

4\/ Agitation. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

5\/ Conformity analysis. <\/strong>At the end of the manufacturing process, a sample is taken in order to analyse and validate the product. The nicotine level is analysed internally with our HPLC. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

6\/ Steeping<\/strong> (option). The steeping is the maturation time of the product. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
