🏅 Today we’re honoring Morgane, team leader at our KEMIX production site and lab. She has been an integral part of the workshop for almost 4 years and started on a fixed-term contract as a production operator.

Managing her team, ensuring that the rules are applied and making sure that production runs smoothly are the missions that punctuate her days. However, there’s no room for routine, every day is different, which encourages her to surpass herself every day. 🚀

💚 What does she like most about her job? Passing on her knowledge and know-how to others! According to her, team spirit is the most important quality to work in a production workshop like ours, where mutual help and dynamism are a must.
